Mask is Mandatory
Our office is designated as a health care facility. CDC, ADA, and State of California require mask to be in use at our facility even after the June 15th, 2021. If any changes occur we will let you know.
Patient Screening Question
- Do you/they have fever or have you/they felt hot or feverish recently (14-21 days)?
- Are you/they having shortness of breath or other difficulties breathing?
- Do you/they have a cough?
- Any other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue?
- Have you/they experienced recent loss of taste or smell?
- Are you/they in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients within the last 21 days?
- Have you/they traveled in the past 14 days to any region affected by COVID-19?
- If you/they answered "YES" to any of the above questions, you/they must wait 14 days before you/they can be seen for treatment.
From the Office
40% of our patients are over the age of 55. Since the pandemic started, we have not had a single case of outbreak at our office. We would like to keep it this way to protect our patients, our co-workers and our family. Too many people have lost their lives unnecessarily. Simple masking is all we ask to protect one another. Mark 10:45 " For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve"; please have a mind set to serve one another (thinking about others) rather than being served (thinking only about ourselves).
